CaMoT (Case Method of Technology for Practical use of Training Teachers) is a project oriented to the initial and in-service training of Primary and Secondary teachers about the use of Information and communication technologies (ICT), in education.
CaMoT will produce cases of use of ITC, some of them will be based on formal educational settings, and the rest on non-formal use of ICT (non school settings, such as Libraries, young clubs, cyber-cafes, and so on).
Each case will gather information like images, interviews, opinions, documents, etc, from every use settings, and will be structured around one or several dilemmas. The cases will be translated into the languages of the Consortium countries: English, Spanish, German, Austrian, Polish and Lithuanian, and edited in a double digital format: CD-ROM and web page system, designed specifically for this project.
CaMoT will also produce a guide for making case methods materials and a pedagogical guide for using them.
